In a transfer that’s more likely to additional escalate the continued army battle within the Center East, Israel has launched airstrikes towards targets in Southern Lebanon.
Times of Israel reported:
“Lebanese media report Israeli airstrikes within the city of Ghaziyeh, on the southern outskirts of Sidon, some 30 kilometers (19 miles) from the northern border.
Footage posted to social media exhibits giant fireballs and clouds of smoke from the focused websites.
There is no such thing as a instant remark from the IDF.”
From a Lebanese X account: ‘The primary raid was close to Al-Reem Firm’s warehouse, and the second raid was close to Al-Shahouri Mosque, Al-Regie space, within the Al-Ghaziyeh space, south of Sidon’.

Arab News reported:
“At the very least two Israeli air strikes hit southern Lebanon on Monday close to the coastal metropolis of Sidon, state media and an AFP photographer stated.
[…] ‘Israeli warplanes carried out… strikes in town of Ghaziyeh’, the state-run Nationwide Information Company (NNA) stated Monday, including {that a} car was focused and ambulances rushed to the scene, with out offering additional particulars.”
This isn’t the standard ‘near-the-border’ strike. Ghaziyeh is round 20 miles from the closest Israeli frontier and fewer than 5 kilometers from town of Sidon.

“Video circulating on social media confirmed giant plumes of smoke arising from a minimum of two strikes.
The Israeli army final week stated it killed a Hezbollah commander, his deputy and one other fighter in a strike within the south Lebanon metropolis of Nabatiyeh.”
