Los Angeles police have arrested a person accused of fatally hanging a pedestrian over the weekend within the San Fernando Valley.
Round 10 p.m. Saturday, the motive force of a Nissan Dice was touring eastbound on Van Nuys Boulevard close to Remick Avenue in Pacoima when the automobile hit a 29-year-old man, police mentioned.
